What is the benefit of sustained release caffeine?
Stacker2 Europe developed something called micro-encapsulation caffeine pellets used in Extasis. This microencapsulation slows the release of 60% of caffeine into the bloodstream, meaning you get an even amount of caffeine throughout your training session. The very well-timed release of caffeine also increases the absorption rate.

Why is citrulline supplementation more useful than arginine?
Citrulline is a precursor of arginine. The amino acid arginine is known as an N.O. booster and can be found in almost every pre-workout product. An N.O. booster increases the nitric oxide level in the blood and therefore plays an essential role in dilating blood vessels, after which more oxygen can be transported. More oxygen transport affects your performance, because muscles receive more energy faster and there is less acidification.
The purpose of a strong pre-workout is to increase arginine levels in the blood. Instructions for use and operation
Mix 1 scoop (20 g) of Stacker 2 Extasis with 300 ml of water, 15 minutes before a workout. Take immediately after mixing for optimal results.
