AT STACKERONLINE YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS!

Would you like to use our returns option? Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.

FOR A QUICK AND PROPER PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN ORDER, THE FOLLOWING IS IMPORTANT:

  • Please contact customer service. This can be done via info@stackeronline.com , viaour contact formor by telephone via +31 (0)6 - 48 14 47 78 (also for WhatsApp).
  • Always state your order number, the reason for the return and which products it concerns
  • Pack your order well so that it arrives to us in good condition and as new
  • Follow the instructions in the email you receive about returning the package.

NB! Keep the proof of shipment with the Track & Trace code in a safe place.

When we have received your order we will assess it. In any case, the product must meet the following points before we can issue a coupon with store credit or make a refund. A coupon or refund will take place within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

  • The article must be complete and, in the case of food (supplements), unopened
  • The item must not be damaged or broken
  • The product is provided with the factory packaging and this must be in good condition.
  • The product has not been worn and/or washed (trying on is allowed)

You will receive a message from us after receiving your return.

EXCHANGE

We cannot exchange items purchased online and delivered to your preferred address. However, you can return items that you no longer want. You will then receive the purchase amount or coupon back, after which a new order can be placed.

 

REFUSE PACKAGE

If a package is refused, or is not collected at a Pakjegemak point, the full purchase amount will be refunded minus € 9 return and administration costs.

 

RETURN COSTS

The return costs are €6. StackerOnline is authorized to deduct these costs from the return amount. The product must be in its original condition. If this is not the case, we will return the product and charge the costs.

 

BUSINESS CUSTOMER

A business customer pays the return costs himself. If it concerns an incorrectly delivered product, we will guarantee any return costs.
