Instructions for use and operation of Liquid Amino from Stacker 2
On training days (60 ml): Take 20 ml Stacker 2 Liquid Amino (approx. 2 tablespoons) 30 minutes before training and 40 ml (approx. 4 tablespoons) immediately after training.

On rest days (40 ml): Take 20 ml Stacker2 Liquid Amino (approx. 2 tablespoons) 15 minutes before breakfast and 20 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) just before going to sleep.
