Which active ingredients does Joint Fit contain and what is the reason for using them in the Joint Fit formula?

Glucosamine sulfate
Glucosamine is a protein found in our cartilage and is part of the lubricant within joints. It is a building block of (ultimately) Proteoglycans. Due to age or heavy training, the body can lag behind in the production of the body's own glucosamine.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)
Our cartilage is a sulfur-rich substance. The sulphur-rich MSM has led to a significant improvement over a three-month period in studies examining knee and joint problems compared to the control group.

Chondroitin sulfate
Chondroitin, like the aforementioned glucosamine, is a building block of glycosaminoglycans. The theory is that combined intake of glucosamine and chondroitin leads to the desired result more quickly (both ingredients enhance each other's effect).

Collagen and phosphorus
Supplementation with collagen in combination with phosphorus contributes to reducing joint pain in people with osteoarthritis and sports injuries. This is probably because this combination plays a role in the recovery of cartilage in the joints and that phosphorus in particular contributes to the maintenance of strong bones.

Calcium
Calcium or lime is a mineral that is necessary for the construction and maintenance of bones and joints. Calcium is also necessary for the proper functioning of nerves, muscles and the transport of other minerals to our cells (such as sodium, potassium and magnesium).

Vitamin C and Cissus quadrangularis

Urtica dioca and vitamin D

Instructions for use and operation of Joint Fit of Stacker 2
Mix 1 scoop of Joint Fit in 250 ml of water. Stir or shake this until the powder is completely dissolved. Use twice daily.
